IT Management

Keep systems, devices, and services usable and accountable. Connect asset records, service work, change management, and technical operations to the team that owns them.

Plan your evaluation

Write down the workflow, systems, operating owner, and evidence needed to make your decision. Use the same scope for every supplier, and ask which parts of the demonstration are included in the proposed package.

Inventory and ownership

Reconcile a representative set of devices, software, and services. Inspect duplicate records, stale sources, ownership gaps, and the work needed to maintain the inventory.

Service and change workflows

Follow a request or incident through assignment, approval, execution, and closure. Check how urgent changes and disputed ownership are handled.

Device and software lifecycle

Test onboarding, configuration, updates, and retirement. Include remote devices, failed changes, and a rollback that an operator can carry out.

Questions to ask

  1. What establishes the current owner and state of an asset?
  2. How are conflicting or stale records reconciled?
  3. Can we trace a change from request to verified outcome?
